


All participants and accompanying persons must register. Early registrations are due by January 7, 2009. If your registration is not received by January 7, 2009, the late fee will automatically be charged. Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please e-mail or fax any amendments to the Congress Secretariat (info@esbs2009.eu / fax: + 31 10 704 47 37) immediately.
Online registration
If you would like to register, please follow the instructions on the online registration form.
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment or credit card details, the congress office will confirm your participation to the congress. You will receive a formal letter of confirmation with additional information about the congress and an invoice with payment details by email within a few days after registration.

Registration fee is in euro (€) and includes the welcome reception, congress party, coffee and lunch breaks, admission to all scientific sessions, all congress materials and administration costs.
Accompanying persons are welcome as well. The registration fee for an accompanying person is 125,- and includes the welcome reception, congress party and administration costs.
Registration for one day
Please note that it is not possible to register for one day.
For payment please follow the instructions on the online registration form! All payments must be made in Euros. Payments should be made in advance (before April 1, 2009) using one of the following methods:
* Visa or Mastercard
* Payment by iDEAL (applicable for Dutch participants only)
Admission to the congress is granted only if the congress office has received the registration fee. Please note that when you register you are obliged to pay the total fee you are registered for according to our cancellation policy (please see below).
Please follow the instructions on the online registration form. Please note that registration with hotel booking is not possible without credit card details!
Cancellation
Should you be unable to attend the congress, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate, before January 7, 2009 to the congress office.
All cancellations must be made in writing (cancellations will be accepted by post, fax or email) to the congress office and received by the congress office by 17:00 local time on January 7, 2009. Delegates who do not cancel by January 7, 2009 and do not attend will be responsible for payment of the full registration fee.
Refund
In case of cancellation before January 7, 2009, you will have to pay 50% of the total amount you are registered for. For cancellations after January 7, 2009, there will be no refund and the full amount will remain due.
The organisation reserves the right to alter the venue if necessary. If an event is cancelled the organizers shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Speakers and program agenda are subject to change.
