How to book a roomYou can book a room in one of the hotels mentioned on this website via the online registration form. Please note that hotel booking without credit card is not possible.
Confirmation
After receipt of your completed registration form, we will send you a letter of confirmation and your hotel booking will be final.
Important note
In case you want to make alterations in your final hotel booking, we will charge your credit card for € 30,- administration costs per change or cancellation.

Payment and cancellation of hotels
Methods of payment
Please note that hotel booking without credit card is not possible (follow the instructions on the online registration form). We shall use your credit card details as a guarantee for the hotel booking.
You will pay the hotel costs directly to the hotel when checking out and if you prefer you can choose another way of payment at that time.
How to cancel
Cancellations of hotel reservations have to be sent in writing to the congress office (cancellations will be accepted by post, fax or email).
Refund
Each hotel has different cancellation rules. After cancellation of your finall booking or even a single night, the congress office will inform you about the cancellation policy of your final booking.
